The CanAm Photo Expo is entering it’s fifth year and is the fastest growing Photographic Educational Expo in the country. The Niagara Frontier Regional Camera Clubs (NFRCC) and new this year the Professional Photographers Society of New York State (PPSNYS) are sponsors of the Expo. The Expo draws attendees from across the Northeast United States and the provinces of Ontario and Quebec Canada, offering the best educational conference for amateurs and pro’s alike.

Attendance for 2017 Expo is expected to exceed 650 persons (actual).

The Expo offers 9 genre tracks and three skill levels throughout the weekend, providing education at all levels. Genre include: wildlife, landscape, macro, portrait, fashion, wedding, baby, boudoir, postproduction, business.

In addition, vendors may apply to present at the expo, 30 min programs that are scheduled throughout the weekend in classroom style settings. Talk directly to a programed audience interested in your product or service. The program will be promoted and advertised along with the featured speakers and presentations. No-Charge


Vendor Booth – $250

Included in each 10’x10′ booth are:

  • One skirted table, 24″ w by 8′ l.
  • Two chairs

The vendor market is open all weekend and available for attendees and public. Located directly in front of the classroom areas and unavoidable to attendees the vendor area is front and center in the conference center. Vendor area is the Grand Hall. (see floor plan and booth layout) Please provide first and second choice locations on your application form.

The Expo is Educational and inspirational, the tag line, from imagery to artistry, says it all. Education for experienced attendees and helping to nurture new photographers. Networking with vendors and other professional photographers is critical to maintain a successful business. The CanAm will provide that opportunity for everyone in attendance. Our audience will be photographers, both professional, advanced and future professional photographers, as well as amateurs.

By registering here you agree that you are authorized to reserve vendor booths on behalf of your company and understand that both spaces cannot be guarenteed over the phone. All booth assignments are on a  first come-first served basis and that booth locations will be assigned at the sole discretion of the trade show chairman.

No booth shall be for more than one exhibitor, no subletting is permitted, no refunds or cancellations accepted after February 28th 2017. Exhibitors shall be responsible for keeping their assigned space neat and free from obstructions and shall indemnify and hold CanAm Photo Expo harmless from any loss which is sustained because of injury to person or property resulting from the acts or omissions of the exhibitor in or about his booth. Exhibitors must be at their booth through the full show and cannot leave early.
